There are few soba noodle shops in Hakusui. I've visited here for the first time and it was a great surprise. Soba and the soup were very well balanced and I really loved their food.
「そば処ほおずき」白水の蕎麦屋。そばも出汁もバランスがよく好みの感じでとても美味しかった。関東風ではないけれど、そばにこしもあり、出汁もキリッとしている。私は色んな料理がついているランチを頂いたが、どれも美味しかった。牛蒡の香りがとても良い炊き込みご飯もいい味。全体的に量が少し多いのだけど大満足。
