Japanese Mayo Salad

 

I don't use Japanese mayonnaise for salad much in general but I realized that I use more in Japan.  Japanese mayonnaise is often used for potato salad and it makes the taste very special.

「マヨネーズを使うサラダ」あまり普段はマヨネーズ入りのサラダを作ることが無いのだが、ポテトサラダとマカロニサラダは日本の家庭料理の作り置きの定番というか、懐かしさもあってなんだか作りたくなる。
