Bo Ramen

There are many Japanese Ramen house coming to open their shops in Singapore everyday but I have no interest going there... because they're too expensive!  It costs about S$20 for regular ramen toppings.  For me, ramen, udon, soba and all the Japanese lunch noodles are worth going because it's reasonable.

I made this at home using Bo ramen; dried noodle called Marutai ramen.  I used half of the soup powder mixed with my own chicken stock.  It doesn't have strong taste as Ramen shops' one but it's good enough to me.
