I made steamed fish but made as asian style by using fish sauce. I used to make Vietnamese summer rolls often but I haven't been making it since I'm in Singapore. I made the shapes so badly this time but the taste was good.
「蒸し魚のディナー」アジア風の蒸し魚と生春巻きを作った。この何年も生春巻きを作ってなかった。簡単で美味しいのでもっときちんと作ろうと思う。スープは海老の頭をローストしたものと青唐辛子のスープ。
