I really love Japanese buns & rolls. This base dough somehow goes well with sweet topping or savory toppings and they're extremely tasty when it's just baked. It's my joy of weekend morning to bake breads.
「日本の惣菜パン」辻のロールパンレシピで作る菓子パン。甘いのも惣菜も不思議と両方絶妙に美味しい。優しい味でペロリといくらでも食べられるので危ない。200gのレシピを形成時に半分に甘系と惣菜系に分けて二通りの味にする。週末の朝の楽しみ。
