Yakisoba

Yakisoba is Japanese style of fried noodles.  It has a particular "Sauce" that makes this noodle as Yakisoba.  Noodles makers are usually local companies except one or two big companies that distribute it to all around Japan.  People usually grow up with local noodle makers taste so I like it from Kumamoto.  Luckily I can buy the one from Kumamoto in Singapore..!

「焼きそば」焼きそばも地域によって、麺の太さ、ソースの味などが微妙に違うのではないだろうか。おそらく皆、地域の製麺会社の麺を買っているのだと思う。私も地元の製麺メーカーの麺が馴染みがあるので、結局安心できる好きな味だ。シンガポールで五木食品（熊本）の焼きそばはよく売られているので時々買う。
