Thai basil pork

I went to Golden mile plaza to buy Thai food ingredients.  Singapore and Thai are close in South East Asia region but the food culture is very different.  I made a very simple dish but it needs to be made with Thai fish sauce and palm sugar.

「タイ風バジルポーク」豚ひき肉にたっぷりのタイバジルを加えて炒めた簡単な料理。久しぶりにタイ料理を作った。これにご飯を添える。
