 Butter rolls are very common table bread in Japanese bakery.  It taste like brioche but it's much lighter.  It's tasty as itself but it goes well any types of filling, sweet or savory.  The bun taste delicious but it's difficult to shape its' "rolled shape".  Because of this shape, it takes time...


「バターロールサンド・ブランチ」バターロールは美味しいのだが、綺麗に形成するのに時間がかかる。久しぶりに作ったが、面倒な作業の多いパンだと思った。しかし、軽くて、しっとりとても美味しかった。ゆで卵、ハム、チーズを入れて日本っぽい優しい味のサンドイッチにした。
