Zopf


This bread recipe is same as butter rolls but I replace sugar with brown sugar this time, the dough turned more brown after baking.

「ツオップ」バターロールと同じ生地で作るが、今回は砂糖をブラウンシュガーに変えてみた。焼き上がりはかなり濃い茶色に香ばしくなった。
