We wanted to go to the restaurant in our neighbourhood for lunch but they were completely booked. We had no idea the place was that popular but the restaurant recommended us to go to their another branch in the same district.
Plate de jour of "onglet de boeuf" was extraordinary. It was a simple dish but the way of cooking, seasoning, and presentation was perfect. Most of all the taste of the beef was absolutely delicious. It really stunts me how good the food in France.
「ベルメゾン・９区」近くでとても繁栄してる店にランチに行ってみたら予約でいっぱいだったが、近くに出来た他店は空いているということだったので、早速行ってみた。
日替わりランチの「オングレ」（英語でHanger steakの部位）が驚異的に美味しかった。肉の旨味、焼き加減、塩加減など完璧。野菜などもとても美味しく、フランスの食べ物ってこんなに美味しいんだ！と感じた。
この店のメニューは魚料理が多く、魚が得意？らしいが前菜の魚のリエットはまぁまぁ。ランチは日替わりの様なので、またこの料理が食べられるか分からない。
