Confiture de fraise

I made strawberry jam with small amount of sugar.  I don't usually have jam with bread so I only made small amount.  Because American strawberry is rather sour I put about three tables spoon of sugar.

「苺のコンフィチュール」アメリカ産の酸っぱい苺をジャムにした。酸味を楽しむために砂糖は控え目に。それでも大さじ３くらいは入れている。仕上がりは酸っぱめ。
