Cake au citron

I made this with confiture de citron I made earlier.  I minced lemon slices inside.  I also put small amount of greek yogurt to enhance the lemon taste.  The cake had very refreshing sourness and nice flavor of lemon.

「レモンケーキ」レモンの砂糖漬けのみじん切りをたくさん加えたレモンケーキを作った。生地にギリシャヨーグルトを加えているので、とてもしっとりしたケーキになった。レモンの酸味がたつとても爽やかな香りのケーキができた。
