Sugar loaf cabbage

Sugar loaf cabbage from Australia is the best cabbage in the world.  I've never tasted cabbage taste so good as this one.  It's sweet, delicate and crispy and it's best to eat as shredded salad.

頭の尖ったキャベツはイギリスにもあるので、その改良版だと思う。日本の春キャベツも美味しいが、比べ物にならないくらい美味しい。千切りで食べるのがベスト。
