I had made bak kut teh the other day and served with tomato sauce for the next day. I cooked it with tomato sauce for about twenty minuets. The flavor of tak ku teh herbs stays in the pork and it went well with tomato taste as well.
「肉骨茶のトマトソース」肉骨茶を多めに作って冷凍しておいたものをトマトソースと一緒に煮てみた。一度しっかり煮ているので手間いらず。肉骨茶の香りが肉に残っているが、トマトソースとも合う。
