Noriben

"Nori Ben" is one of the type of Bento which originated with one Bento maker "Hokka Hokka tei" about thirty years ago.  I always like the combination of rice with Nori seaweed sheet and fried fish on the top.  It takes some time to do it at home but it's absolutely delicious.

「のり弁」Ginza シックスに高級のり弁専門店が出来て、長蛇の列ができる人気という記事を読んだので、久しぶりにのり弁を作った。魚はキーフィッシュ。きんぴらゴボウやインゲンの胡麻和えは事前に作っておいた。

魚のフライは魚をおろして作ったので、全体的に手間はかかっているが、とても満足するものでが出来た。金曜の夕方の早めに詰めておいてキッチンを片付け、夕方ゆっくりして、好きな時間に頂いた。片付ける食器も少ないので楽。金曜の夜に弁当はいいかもしれない。
