Chimaki

These are Nyonya style of sticky rice Zongzi.  Above one has minced dried prawn inside and pigmented with blue pea flower.  I have them for lunch sometimes.

「ノニャのチマキ」シンガポール独自の料理「ノニャ料理」とはマレー料理と中華（潮州や福建）の料理が融合したもの。特に上のチマキはスパイシーなエビのペーストが入っている。青色はブルーピーフラワーという豆の花の色。最近結構好きになってお昼によく頂く。
