Hambagu with Gravy Sauce

 

This gravy sauce is not made with beef of this Hamburg steak but I had it from the duck dish. It's not exactly a perfect sauce but it was not so bad.  Then this dish reminded me of an American dish of "Turkey with Gravy".  If I can find a turkey, I'd like to make slices of turkey breast with plenty of gravy sauce.

「グレイビーソース・ハンバーグ」本当は牛のグレイビーではなく、鴨のソースを冷凍していたものを使ったのだが、悪くない組み合わせだった。仔牛のひき肉だったらもっと美味しかっただろう。

この料理を作りながらアメリカの「ターキとマッシュポテトのグレイビーソースかけ」を思い出した。冷凍のターキーを見つけたら今度作ってみようと思う。
