Chicken cutlet

I love this type of thin cutlet.  It has to be made with veal originally but if you slice the breast of chicken in half then pound with a meat pounder, the result is similar.

「チキンカツ」鶏胸肉を薄く伸ばしてカツレツにしたもの。パン粉は目が細かいものを使っているので、衣が薄めになっている。これはおつまみや、小腹が空いた時のスナックにもいい。
