Family lunch

We had lunch with family guests.  We prepared spring delicacies with simple cooking.  When the ingredients have good quality, it's best to have them simple.

「家族ランチ」遠方からの親戚の訪問があったのだが、料理は超シンプルになってしまった。材料が良いのでそれでも美味しいのだが、それまでの食べ疲れで料理する気が起こらなかった。デザートは苺とフロマージュブロン。もう少しきちんとしたデザートを作ればよかったと、少し後悔。
