Tomato with bacon penne

I don't make penne much because I've found that the sauce is better when it's thick and relatively oily.  I made tomato sauce with slices of bacon which goes very well this type of pasta.

「トマトベーコンペンネ」ペンネはソースが重め（オイルやクリームが多め）でないと美味しくないうような気がするので、あまり作らない。トマトの場合はベーコンやソーセージを入れたものが美味しい。今回はたっぷりベーコンとエシャロットを入れたもの。
