Pineapple fruits cake

I made this with roasted pineapple.  Pineapple is a great fruit for the topping of the cake because it has a nice balance of sweetness and the sourness.  I also added dried fruits together.

「パイナップルケーキ」パイナップルをさいの目に切ってオーブンでローストしてからパウンドケーキに加えたもの。パイナップルは酸味と甘さのバランスが良く、濃い味がするのでケーキには良く合うと思う。ただ、水分は除いて使わないといけない。その他ドライフルーツ入れて焼いたもの。
