Tart fine aux pommes

I love this french style of apple pie because it's simple, light and delicious.  Yet it's really a best to use "pate feuilletée" from "marie" because of its' quality of butter.

「タルトフィンオポム」フランスでアップルパイと言えば、一般的にこれ。日本で言う一般的なアップルパイは「ショーソン」と言われるもので、ケーキ屋ではなく、ブーランジェリー（パン屋）で作られている。ところで、英米式のアップルパイはペーストリー生地で煮たリンゴを包むもので、フレンチとはかなり違う物だと思う。
