Farci de poivrons

Minced chicken with onion stuffed in a bell pepper is a great combination of meat and vegetable and it's also be made with reasonable price.  Yet the flavour of bell pepper is relatively strong to chicken, it's better to put some spices.  I put some Miso paste for the accent.

「パプリカの詰め物」パプリカに鶏のミンチと玉ねぎの微塵切りを詰めたもの。パプリカは海外では安価な野菜なので、全体的にとても経済的な料理。ただ、パプリカは香りが独特で強い味がするので、詰め物の肉にはスパイス（オールスパイス、ナツメグ、胡椒など）を強めに入れることをオススメする。私は少し味噌と砂糖を入れている。日本だと普通のピーマンで作った方が美味しいと思う。
