Mucem

This is a museum that explains the history of the Marseille port.  It has a very unique and modern structure with great taste yet the exhibition itself is very small.  Yet it was a good opportunity to learn a brief history of this port which had been existed for more than 2000 years.

「Mucem」マルセイユの港の歴史などが展示してある博物館。素敵な構造で面白いのだが、いまいち展示物は少なくて不思議なところ。マルセイユは紀元前から地中海貿易に開かれた港で、フランスの南の玄関だということを知った。その歴史はなかなか興味深い。
