Light carbonara
I sometimes make Carbonara with only egg, milk and parmesan cheese. Of course cream makes it special but milk is enough. I also added thin asparagus.
「軽いカルボナーラ」最近カルボナーラは卵、牛乳、パルメザンチーズで作る。クリームがカルボナーラの特徴のようだが、卵メインでも美味しい。細いアスパラガスも加えた。
