Scorched Saba

This is a packaged marinated mackerel torched with gas on the surface.  Marinated mackerel is much better to make it from the fresh mackerel but with the gas torch it adds a slight grill flavour.

「シメサバの炙り」真空パックのシメサバをバーナーで炙りにした。真空パックのものはそのまま頂くのに少し味気ないので少し変化を加えた。皮目が香ばしくてそれなりの一品になった。
