Confit de canard

Marinated in salt for two days
「塩に2日漬ける」

Remove the salt by soaking in water for one hour then cook in the duck fat
1時間水に浸けて塩抜きし、鴨の脂肪で煮る

Try not too boil the oil, cook for two hours
脂を沸騰させないように火を調節して2時間煮る

Keep in the fat
脂と一緒に保存する
