Kamo don
This is the beast of duck leftover of the other day. I made a sweet soya sauce this time to go over the rice.
「鴨丼」鴨料理をした時の残りを和風のみりん、砂糖、醤油を煮詰めた甘辛ソースをからめた。鴨ロースにこの甘辛らタレをからめる料理は時々おせち料理にも入れるが、冷めても美味しい。
