Tempura Udon
Tempura is so good when it's just done. This fish is a perfect as tempura so as a topping of Udon.
「天ぷらうどん」サヨリをさっと天ぷらにした。身はふわっとした白身で旨味がありとても美味しい。うどんにはやっぱり天ぷらだ。
