I always serve salmon sashimi marinated in the sauce that is made with soya sauce and mirin which is called "zuke" in Japanese. This time I added grated ginger.
「サーモンの漬け」漬けタレは醤油とみりんで、今回は生姜を入れた。下にはアボカドのワカモレみたいなものを敷いて。アボカドが熟れすぎて柔らかくなってしまったので、キュウリで囲ってごまかし。
