Kogane shimaaji no Misoni

I haven't seen this fish for a while.  This is a very tasty fish and I like it to cook in the Japanese way, especially with miso.

「コガネシマアジの味噌煮」この魚は美味しいのだけど最近あまり見ない。脂があって鯖に似ているので、私は日本風に料理するのが好き。特に味噌煮は美味しい。味噌煮の味噌は信州味噌が好き。
