Poulet aux tomtates

I originally wanted to make this dish with couscous then I realized that I don't have it so I replaced it with rice.  Sliced chicken and courgettes are cooked in chicken stock and tomato sauce.

「鶏のトマト煮」本当はクスクスを合わせようと思っていたが、肝心なクスクスを切らしていたので、タイ米にして変な料理になった。鶏の胸肉を薄切りとコジェットとチキンストックとトマトソースで軽く煮込んだ簡単料理。
