Steak au echalote

I make steak at home very often probably about once a week.  It's always a thing about steak is that its visual cannot be so pretty... This time I separated eschalot sauce.

「ステーキ・エシャロットソース」我が家はステーキ率がとても高い。恐らく少なくとも週に１回はステーキ。ただ、ステーキは写真に残すほどのビジュアルではないのでブログ向きではないが悪しからず。。
