Grilled threadfin with meyer lemon

I like using Meyer lemon when they're available because their sourness is much milder than regular lemons.  It has a special flavour that is similar to some orange.  I made a sauce for grilled fish with light soya sauce with meyer lemon.

「ツバメコノシロのグリル・メイヤーレモン」メイヤーレモンとはオレンジとの間のようなレモンで、少し香りが変わっている。このレモンは酸味が柔らかいので色んな料理にかけたくなる。これは焼いた魚に出汁醤油とレモンを混ぜてポン酢のようにしたものをかけた。魚もふっくらして美味しかった。
