Umeshiso with pork rice


Umeshiso means that it's a salted shiso leaf to colour Ume pickles.  It has a very nice shiso fragrance but also it's very sour from Ume plum.  It goes very well rice white rice but I also like it when it's sauteed in the oil.  I made fried rice with pork belly this time.

「梅紫蘇ご飯」私は昔ながらの酸っぱくて赤い梅干しが大好きで、その紫蘇も結構酸っぱい。それを酸味を緩和するためにごま油で味醂、白だしなどと一緒に炒めると美味しい。豚バラ肉と一緒に炒めご飯にした。
