Siu mai dinner

Hong Kong style siu mai is very easy to make in Singapore because we have a great quality of shrimps.  This is a mix of ground pork and minced fresh shrimps.

「香港焼売」広東スタイルの豚と海老の焼売。シンガポールでも香港と同じクオリティーでできる。豚ひき肉は、香港やシンガポールの市販の豚肉のミンチは粗挽きなので大丈夫だが、日本のだと豚肩とバラを混ぜて、自分で叩いた方が美味しくできる。新鮮な海老はも重要だ。付け合わせはインゲンのトマト炒め。
