Meat pie

I love making a pie with a French brand "Marie" because the pie is much thinner and refined than other brands.

「ミートパイ」市販のパイ生地はフランスの「マリー」の物が美味しい。生地が薄くて繊細でバターの香りもいい。これは牛ひき肉と玉ねぎを炒めてフォンドヴォーとワインで煮つめたものを包んだもの。
