Aji fish is a very popular and reasonable fish in Japan and I can also find it in Singapore. Yet the fish is not as fat as the ones in Japan so I tend to make this cutlet. I don't really know how people usually eat this type of fish in Singaporean style.
「アジフライ」日本で鯵と言えば刺身で頂くことが多いが、こちらの鯵は脂があまりのってないので、フライが美味しい。地元流での料理はどんなものがあるのかと調べていたら、サンバルを置いてバナナの皮で焼くという料理がある。今度やってみようと思う。
