Cheese cutlet

This is a Tonkatsu with a slice of cheese inside.  It's better to punch the pork loin with pounder if the meat is hard.

「チーズカツレツ」とんかつには脂身を取ったロースを使っている。オーストラリア産の肉は固いことがあるので、パンチ器で叩いている。肉パンチ器は日本の肉には必要ないが、海外の肉には便利。とんかつには生野菜がよく合う。
