I know that this vegetable saute doesn't look very good but I loved its' bitter taste. Bitter melon is a vegetable in the summer in Japan but we have it all year long in Singapore. Green pepper has its own flavour and it goes well with the taste of bitter melon.
「ゴーヤとピーマンの野菜炒め」鶏を焼いた時の焼き汁をとっておいて野菜料理などの出汁にするととても美味しくなる。ゴーヤとピーマンの癖の強い野菜の組み合わせは意外と美味しい。ちなみにシンガポールのゴーヤはあまり濃い緑色ではなく、苦味もまろやか。日本では季節外れだがおすすめの野菜料理。
