Glass noodle salad is somewhat a summer dish for me but we can enjoy it all year around. I added plenty of shrimps to make it as a main dish. The sauce is made with minced garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sugar and light soya sauce. If you like it's better to use fish sauce and red chilli.
「春雨サラダ」春雨サラダは夏っぽい料理だが、シンガポールではいつでもいける。しっかりした海老をたっぷり、野菜も多めに入れてメインの麺料理にした。スープ仕立てではないので春雨は柔らかく茹でた方がよい。味付けはニンニク、生姜、米酢、砂糖、薄口醤油。好きな方は赤い唐辛子とナンプラーを入れるとよい。
