Dried Tomatoes and Aubergine Pasta

 

Combination of tomatoes with aubergine is golden.  I made this sauce with aubergine saute with garlic, dried tomatoes and tomato sauce.  It's extremely simple and good.

「ナスとドライトマトのパスタ」ナスのガーリックソテー、ドライトマトにトマトソースを合わせたとてもシンプルなソース。タンパク質を入れていないのでさっぱりしてる。最後にパルメザンチーズをたっぷりかけて。
