Poulet aux Champignons

 

This is a chicken thigh cooked in mushroom cream sauce.  I mixed two types of mushrooms and some were dark, the sauce became somehow grey.

「鶏のマッシュルームクリーム煮」マッシュルームを２種類使ったのだが、一部傘の下が真っ黒なきのこで、ソースがグレーになってしまった。
