Norwegian salmon is fat fish so it goes very well with sweet soya sauce which is a mix of sake, mirin, soya sauce, we call this type of taste as "Teriyaki" taste. I pan-fried the fish first then pour the sauce and thicken it.
「サーモンの照り焼き」サーモンは脂っこい魚なので、少し醤油っぽい甘辛の照り焼き味があう。フライパンで焼いて酒、みりん、醤油を絡めた。とても簡単で手軽に美味しくできる。魚をふっくらと焼く事が大事。
