Steamed fish

 

Grouper is an extremely tasty fish and Chinese cooking way of steaming the fish is the best way to have this fish.  I love putting lots of herbs on the top then drizzle very hot peanuts oil.

「ハタの中華蒸し」シンガポールでは既に死んでいる魚で蒸し魚にするが、ハタは本当にこの料理法がベストな魚だと思う。魚が入る蒸し器はでなくても鍋に脚になるようなものを入れて蒸すとよい。ただ、皿をつかむ器具が無いと取り出すのが大変。
