Kenchin Jiru is a type of Japanese soup with plenty of vegetables. It's important to prepare good Dashi of Konbu and Katsuo because you don't put Miso.
「けんちん汁」味噌を入れない故に、けんちん汁は昆布と鰹の出汁をきちんと取らないと美味しくないという思い込みがあって、まれに作る汁物。鶏を入れて少し醤油味にするのが好み。
