To be honest, I don't like salmon as sashimi much but I don't have a choice of sashimi while I'm in Singapore. It's good to prepare "Tsuma" which is usually made with Daikon radish but I made with small radish with cucumber this time.
「サーモンの刺身とつま」私はサーモンがあまり好きではないのだが、シンガポールでは刺身がほぼサーモンしかないので、時々買う。大根のつまの代わりにラディッシュときゅうりを合わせてみた。脂っこいサーモンに合うのでおすすめ。
