We had a wonderful French bistro dinner at "Bistro du Vin" for my birthday. I was so happy to have an authentic and good quality French bistro dishes for once in a long time in the restaurant.
「Bistro du Vin」夫が今年のお誕生日は人気のビストロを予約してくた。昔からある店だが、シェフが実は香港滞在時からの知り合いに変わってから初めて行ってみた。典型的なビストロ料理だが確実に美味しかった。食材の質も良かったし、料理も完璧。
久しぶりに美味しいフォアグラを頂いて大満足。ワインも久しぶりに本当に美味しいものを頂いた。
