Pork with Tomato Shell Pasta

 

I think that "Shell Pasta" is the most delicious dried pasta.  It's so much better than Penne for the texture and the shape that goes well with the sauce.  If you find this you should definitely try the ones from "De Ceco".

This sauce is made with slices of Iberico pork, tomato, leeks and basil sauce.

「豚肉とトマトのシェルパスタ」シェル（貝殻）パスタはあまり見ないかもしれないが、ディチェコのこのパスタはドライパスタの中ではダントツに美味しいと思う。モチモチしていて具やソースが中に入り込むのでよく絡む。

豚肉、トマト、ネギを炒めてバジルソースで味付けしたもの。具材が大きめでもパスタによく絡むので全体が馴染んでとても美味しくなる。普通のミートソースなどでもとても美味しい。日本だと普通のスーパーには無いかもしれないが、圧倒的におすすめなので見つけたら買ってみて欲しい。気持ち長めに茹でてモチモチした方が良い。
