These wontons are pork and Chinese chives I would call it Taiwanese style of wontons. Because I've lived for many years in Hong Kong, wontons for me is definitely shrimps.
「ワンタンスープ」豚のひき肉とニラを入れたワンタン。これは私の中では台湾式のワンタンと呼んでいる。私は香港に長く住んでいたので、私の中でワンタンと言えば絶対的に海老なのだ。キュッとした食感の香港の海老雲呑が食べたい。。
